I spend no advertising on this individual website, however I did buy a domain name for $9 so my total cost was $9 and the profit from it has been significantly more.

The real trick is utilizing all these popular (and free) websites to advertise your website to get visitors to come in. Google, yahoo and MSN will automatically pick up the website and put it in rotation for search engine rankings.
